Park Groups and Contacts

Park Group
What's a Park Group?

A park group is a group of neighbors and park users who work together to improve their neighborhood park. They come in all forms and sizes, like our city's various and diverse neighborhood parks. Some park groups focus on cleaning up their park, while others make their park safer by planning fun events and activities. Still others raise money to renovate and transform their park. Our coalition of over 100 park groups is having a huge impact on our city's park system. So the question is, does your neighborhood park have a park group? Check below to see if it does. If it doesn't, and you'd like to start one, please contact NPC's Outreach Coordinator, Matthew Silva at msilva@sfnpc.org or 415.621.3260.
