Park: Coit Tower/Pioneer Park
How often do you visit this park?
Tessa: This is actually our first time here. I’ve lived in San Francisco for 3 years and have never been to Coit Tower. We just watched the Parrots of Telegraph Hill, and my sister (Kate) is visiting so we decided to come.
What do you like most about this park?
Tessa: The views of the city. I get a bird’s eye view of each of the neighborhoods and look at places from a different perspective up here.
Can you suggest any improvements for the park?
Tessa: No, everything has been really smooth. I like that public transportation comes here. We drove, and the parking lot flows.
Do you know about the WPA murals inside that were inspired by Diego Rivera?
Tessa: No we did not. We’ll go inside and look. Thank you!
