About Us
Friends of Fallen Bridge Mini-Park are mostly neighbors who live in the Potrero Hill-Mission District area. We have workdays during which we clean, weed, plant and paint the mini-park. We have developed a long-term plan for the park and are looking for ways to fund it. We have funded and almost completed phase 1 of the long term plan. We are part of MUNA, the Mariposa-Utah-18th-SanBruno Street Neighborhood association, started initialliy as a neighborhood watch program. Friends of Fallen Bridge is a committee of MUNA.
Mission Statement: Friends of Fallen Bridge mini-park strives to keep the park clean and beautiful and improve it so that it is used by the neighborhood without fear of criminal activity or the effects of criminal activity.
Goals: We will soon be planting the Phase 1 part of our long term plan. Next we want to raise funds for the Phase 2 project.
