Please join us for our upcoming Playground Initiative workday/community social on Saturday, September 17th from 9:00AM-1:00PM at Bernal Heights Rec. Center & Playground. We’ll be partnering up with Let’s go Chipper to deliver the neighborhood a fun and exciting workday filled with activities for all (light refreshments will be provided by Sandbox Bakery).
Agenda
9:00AM-10:00AM:
Volunteers will participate in leveling sand in the playground.
10:00AM-10:15AM:
Before activities, attendees will perform stretches and warm-up exercises with an instructor.
10:15AM-1:00PM:
Children and parents will have the opportunity to participate in the following (activities are subject to change): Dance performance/lessons, bean bag toss, arts & crafts, hula hooping, kickball, face painting, and storytime.
